1. Scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to the online sale of products and services to users (hereinafter: “Users”) through the websites https://www.dedalservices.ch, https://www.dedalweeds.ch, and https://www.dedalshop.com (collectively, hereinafter: “Websites”), provided by Dedal Services AG, with registered office at Steinwiesenstrasse 3, 8952 Schlieren (ZH), Switzerland, VAT numbers CHE-221.348.585 (Switzerland) and CZ-686595025 (Czech Republic) (hereinafter: “Company”).
1.2 DedalServices.ch is the Company’s main website, providing information on the digital services offered, including digital strategy consulting, corporate identity and visual design, marketplace optimization (e.g., for Amazon), and e-commerce management. Users can request personalized consulting and services directly through the website.
1.3 The DedalWeeds.ch website is dedicated to selling products containing Cannabidiol (hereinafter: “CBD”), such as legal cannabis, oils, cosmetics, skincare products, seeds, tinctures, and accessories (hereinafter: “CBD Products”). These products comply with Swiss regulations and contain less than 1% tetrahydrocannabinol (hereinafter: “THC”).
1.4 The DedalShop.com website offers a wide range of general-use products, including gardening items, electronics, and household goods (hereinafter: “General Products”).
1.5 Purchasing products or services through the Websites implies that Users will use these products and services responsibly and, if necessary, consult a professional. The Company disclaims all liability for any negative effects resulting from improper use of the products or misinterpretation of services.
1.6 Together with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Websites (hereinafter: “TCU”) and the Privacy Policy, these GTC form an integral part of the contract between the User and the Company. By creating a user account on the Websites, the User declares to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of these GTC.
1.7 By accepting these GTC, the User confirms they are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If the User is acting on behalf of a company, they confirm they have the authority to legally bind that organization. Otherwise, the User is not permitted to place orders through the Websites.
1.8 The Company provides its products and services exclusively to Users who are of legal age under Swiss law, meaning at least eighteen years old. By confirming the order and completing payment, the User declares they are of legal age and will be responsible for any damage caused to the Company due to a breach of this provision.
1.9 By accepting these GTC, the User guarantees that they have the financial resources to fulfill their contractual obligations for any orders placed and are not in a state of insolvency.
1.10 If any of the above declarations are found to be false, the Company reserves the right to declare the contract null and void in accordance with Art. 23 ss. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (hereinafter: “CO”), without prejudice to other remedies available to the Company.
2. Formation of the Contract
2.1 The contract between the User and the Company is finalized upon acceptance of these GTC and confirmation of the purchase order for products or services made on the Websites.
2.2 The products and services purchased will only be provided upon full payment of the sale price. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without further formalities.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices indicated on the Websites are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, where applicable. Prices and offers may be subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payments for products and services on DedalServices.ch can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods indicated on the Website.
3.3 Payments for products on DedalWeeds.ch can be made by credit card, managed by the payment provider PostFinance.
3.4 Payments for products on DedalShop.com can be made by bank transfer to Zürcher Kantonalbank, with the following details:

3.5 Confirmation of the order and payment implies the final acceptance of these GTC and the indicated prices.
3.6 In case of failed or declined payment, the Company will not be able to provide the products or services until the payment is completed.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Products purchased on DedalWeeds.ch and DedalShop.com will be shipped exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein via Swiss Post.
4.2 For orders over CHF 99.00, shipping is free of charge. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are borne by the User.
4.3 Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM will generally be shipped the following day.
4.4 The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping company.
5. Return and Refund Policy
5.1 Users have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the packaging is intact and unopened.
5.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the User.
5.3 Returns are not accepted for products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
5.4 For eligible returns, the Company will refund the full purchase price via credit to the User’s credit card or bank account.
6. Loyalty Program and Sponsorship
6.1 Users can participate in the “Dedal Member” loyalty program, earning loyalty points for each purchase or interaction on the Websites, including referring new users.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the criteria and conditions of the “Dedal Member” program without prior notice.
6.3 Points earned are valid for 12 months and can be used for discounts on future purchases.
6.4 Users may sponsor new buyers, who may receive discounts on their first order. The Company does not guarantee that every sponsorship will result in discounts or other benefits.
7. Use of Products and User Responsibility
7.1 The Company is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Improper or non-compliant use of the products, particularly in violation of applicable regulations.
- Inadequate storage conditions for the products (e.g., temperature, humidity).
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, and other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
7.2 CBD products should not be used for purposes other than those specified in the instructions and should be used responsibly.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
8.1 The Company provides only the warranties expressly indicated in these GTC.
8.2 Any defect must be reported in writing within 3 business days of receiving the product.
8.3 The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the extent permitted by law (Art. 100 CO), the Company is not liable for direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages arising from Users’ use of the products or the Websites.
9.2 The Company’s liability for any direct damages is limited to cases of fraud or gross negligence. All other liability towards Users is excluded.
9.3 The User agrees that any claim against the Company for damages must be submitted within one year of the occurrence of the damage; otherwise, the claim will expire.
10. User Feedback
10.1 Following product delivery, the Company reserves the right to request feedback from Users regarding the purchased products.
10.2 User feedback may only be collected with their consent. If the User agrees, the Company may inquire about their satisfaction with the product and publish this feedback on the Website, excluding sensitive data.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance of its contractual obligations in cases of force majeure.
11.2 “Force majeure” includes events beyond the Company’s control, such as natural disasters, government actions, terrorist acts, demonstrations, fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine measures, trade restrictions, factory closures, strikes, or other labor disputes, accidents, operational disruptions, delays or inability to obtain necessary supplies or equipment, and any other unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances.

The Company’s data protection practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these GTC. 13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Intellectual property rights include, but are not limited to, trademarks, designs, copyrights, database rights, know-how, patents, and all other registered or unregistered intellectual property rights related to the Company, the Websites, and the products.
13.2 All intellectual property rights related to the Websites and products remain the exclusive property of the Company.
13.3 The User agrees not to use, represent, or otherwise exploit the Company’s name and trademarks without authorization. Any reproduction of the Website content is prohibited without the Company’s written permission.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
14.1 If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Invalid provisions shall be interpreted or replaced to achieve the intended purpose as closely as possible.
14.2 The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these GTC or to exercise any right arising from a breach of these provisions shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
14.3 The Company reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time, provided it informs the User of such changes.
14.4 In case of discrepancies between the different language versions of these GTC, only the Italian version is binding.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
15.2 The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the interpretation, application, or enforcement of these GTC is Zurich, Switzerland.
